This pack contains three teabag-style bags filled with dried shiitake mushrooms. To make dashi, simply add one teabag to several litres of cold water and leave in the fridge for 24 hours, or until the dashi has reached your desired strength. Don't forget to take the bag out before using the dashi for cooking.
