Marutomo Kombu Kelp and Bonito Tsuyu Soup Base, 500 ml

A screw-top carton of concentrated kombu kelp tsuyu soup stock, made from distilled soy sauce, sugar, salt, bonito fish flakes, kombu kelp and mirin. Add 1 part tsuyu to 5 parts hot water for a noodle soup or 1 part tsuyu to 2-3 parts hot water for a noodle and tempura dipping sauce.
