MALONY Thick Flat Noodles with Kudzu, 80g
These thick flat noodles with kudzu are made from potato starch like harusame noodles. The added kudzu root gives a springier texture with the ability to hold more chew. This makes them great for hot pots, where you can put them straight in and wait for 5 mins before serving, or great as a cold noodle dessert with a little kuromitsu syrup and kinako for an authentic summertime treat.
