Japan Centre Vegan Kinu Tofu, 300 g
A soft, silken tofu organically made with traditional Kinu technique, this silky smooth tofu block has a light and creamy texture that can wonderfully thicken vegan soups and smoothies. Also enjoyed as hiyayakko on its own, with a seasoning of soy sauce, bonito flakes, spring onion and a spoonful of wasabi.
