Japan Centre's very own red miso paste, this Japanese cooking staple is made in Hiroshima, Japan from GM-free soy beans, barley and rice for a lusciously deep flavour and aroma. Mix with dashi stock to make miso soup or add to stews, ramen and stir-fries.
