This cup of chunky miso paste is made from high quality ingredients – natural sea salt, soy beans, rice and specially selected koji (the fungal culture used for fermenting). Great for all sorts of dishes, including miso soup and dressings, and containing dashi fish stock for extra depth in flavour.
