Daisho Nizakana Seasoned Soy Sauce For Simmering Fish, 120 g, 2 Servings
Turn fillets of cod, sea bream and flounder into tender servings of sumptuous simmered fish, with the tangy-sweet kick of ginger and junmai sake found in this umami-rich, seasoned soy sauce tsuyu.
How to use:
1. Add 1 sachet of sauce to a frying pan with 200ml of water.
2. Once the sauce starts to boil, place your fillets in the frying pan with the skin facing upwards. Cover with a lid and simmer gently for 10 minutes over medium heat, until cooked.
3. Once cooked, remove the lid and continue cooking until the sauce reaches your preferred consistency. Remove from the pan and finish with a coating of simmered sauce, fresh rice & Japanese pickles.
