For making traditional nabe hotpot with potent, fiery Asian spices.
This instant soup base combines umami soy sauce, sour kimchi, sweet and savoury gochujang red chilli paste, salty tobanjan spicy bean paste and other spices into one perfectly fused sauce. All you need to do is shake the packet well, pour the contents into a large nabe pot and bring to boil before adding your favourite meats and vegetables.
