Choya Extra Shiso Umeshu Plum Wine, 700 ml
This plum wine, or ‘umeshu’ as it is known in Japanese, is made by taking whole ume plums, soaking them in alcohol and sugar, filtering the liquid out and adding a handful of the same ume plums used during the stewing process for an extra strong plum flavour. Extract from shiso perilla leaves has then been added.
