Featuring aromas of melon, lychee and jasmine with a hint of uplifting mineral flavours, this bottle of Kurodashocho Tako 2020 from Kuheiji was brewed using Yamada Nishiki grown in-house and natural mountain water sourced from the mountain area in Aichi Prefecture. A fresh yet soft acidity intertwined with a pleasant bitterness, giving it an elegant smooth mouthfeel.
